kristen bell n' fog

Recently shot the lovely, fellow Michigan native Kristen Bell for Stella. We had some laughs comparing our now defunct midwest accents. Also had the opportunity to shoot some amazing fog off hwy 58 (near Bakersfield) during a shoot for OnEarth magazine.

vanishing point

For those of you who are particularly fond of my night landscapes, I made a Blurb book!!!! Its available for purchase at the blurb website. I was a little nervous about the reproduction, but was thrilled with the final result when I got my copy. If you decide to purchase, enjoy!

update

Just shot an Old Country Buffet Campaign for Doner Detroit. Outtakes to come soon, but lets just say I had the privilege of shooting a guy in a giant bee costume. It was very memorable.
Also shot a quick Burger King advertorial for Crispin, Porter + Bogusky. Ad will appear in Rolling Stone in the coming months.
In the meantime, since I feel the need to post photos I decided to include some older shots which I've always liked which never made it onto my website or portfolios.

Dov Charney, head of American Apparel at his home in Los Angeles.

Luke Wilson whistling. Shot at the Ambassador Hotel, LA.

Frank Gehry at his office, Los Angeles.

Just shot the Kogi BBQ truck in Little Toyko last week for Travel + Leisure Magazine. Many thanks to my awesome model Jeaneen Lund, who also happens to be an amazing photographer. Check out her work here.
